    FOUNDER

    Geeta is a professional with 30+ years of IT industry experience at companies like SAP, Dell and Accenture. Her most recent experience is in scaling security and regulatory compliance programs. Her deep concern for the deteriorating health of our environment spurred her to establish One Earth One Chance. Geeta was honored as 2023 IANT Woman of the Year for her unwavering commitment to environmental sustainability.

  • Manisha Desai

    CAMPAIGNS

    Manisha has a successful career in IT. She also likes to volunteer for organizations with a social cause. Connecting with One Earth One Chance provides her the opportunity to work closely with other passionate people dedicated towards saving Mother Earth. Additionally, she is passionate about various art forms, in particular Indian folk dance and classical singing.

  • Padma Muppidi

    PROGRAMS

    Padma, a strategic business excellence lead with 20+ years of experience, specializes in Salesforce Service products. She drives Generative AI customer incubations for operational optimization and AI advancement. Guided by the "Be Curious & Be Kind" motto she leads with compassion, supporting causes like food scarcity and sustainability. Recently, she headed the One Earth One Chance team in their Salesforce Non Profit implementation.

  • Yeshwant Muthusamy

    COMMUNICATIONS

    Yeshwant is an AI executive with leadership experience at companies like Immersion Corporation, Toyota, Samsung, Nokia, and Texas Instruments. Through his consulting practice, Yeshvik Solutions LLC, he advises on generative AI, IoT, AR/VR, and IP. He also teaches a course “Generative AI for the Rest of Us” for business leaders and non-technical professionals. He is a culinary enthusiast, movie geek, and Latin dancing aficionado.

  • Vandita Parikh

    ARTREACH

    Vandita's dedication to preserve folk arts through Nruthyashakti Dance Academy has made it a premier institution, inspiring countless students. She has organized several fund raisers for One Earth One Chance to integrate art with community service and create awareness of sustainability for a greener future. Recognition including President’s Award from Smt. Pratibha Patil and panelist for IANT Women’s Day, highlight Vandita’s leadership in “ArtReach”.

  • Philip Samson

    EDUCATION

    Philip brings 40+ years of experience in management and information communications technology having most recently worked with Ericsson. Through his company, Spherycle Thinking, Philip's mission is to catalyze and accelerate sustainability practices by bringing it's knowledge to the forefront of thought and conversation using coaching, mentoring and publications. Philip is an avid sailor and builder of model train layouts.

  • Ajay Vonkarey

    PARTNERSHIPS

    Ajay is a sustainability leader with expertise in sustainability strategy, climate solutions, circular economy, supply chain , ESG and regulatory affairs. Combining his personal passion and professional experience he helps corporations and non-profit organizations with their sustainability journey and help combat climate change. For One Earth One Chance, he is responsible for securing grants, training, advocacy, and partnerships.

  • Karen Chambers

    COLLIN COUNTY, TX

    Karen Chambers is a retiree with 35 years of corporate experience in the areas of Program and Risk Management, Team Building, Mentoring and Coaching, Leadership Development, Finance and IT. Karen is a certified Green Ambassador. She volunteers with Texas A&M Extension Programs, One Earth One Chance, her city and church.

  • Kyla Gaganam

    AUSTIN, TX

    Kyla Gaganam is a sustainability consultant and artist. With a Master’s in Sustainability from Harvard University, she is leading creative climate education initiatives across Austin and developing future micro-forest projects throughout Texas. Through art and storytelling, she transforms environmental education into community-driven action.

  • Kimberly Hernandez

    DALLAS COUNTY, TX

    A recent graduate from the University of Tampa, Kimberly is committed to using her skills to drive impactful environmental change in her community and beyond. With One Earth One Chance, she leads the community cleanup events each month as well as helps as a mentor with the youth programs.

  • Joy Sullivan

    TARRANT COUNTY, TX

    Joy Sullivan is a grassroots community organizer, environmental conservationist and climate justice advocate. Her educational background in sociology from Baylor University and internship with Texas Conservation Alliance, has primed her to engage with the next generation of leaders, innovators, and climate advocates.

Youth Chapter Leads

  • Nimisha Choudhary

    PROSPER CHAPTER LEAD

    Nimisha is an active youth member of One Earth One Chance since 2024. She supports environmental awareness through community projects like used battery collection drives, book drives and sustainability campaigns, showing leadership and commitment to protecting the planet.  

  • Anika Gogineni

    FRISCO CHAPTER LEAD

    Anika is passionate about protecting the planet. Through campus cleanups, awareness campaigns, and community projects, Anika has helped build excitement around sustainability. She loves seeing more students get involved and empowering them to lead changes in their own communities.

  • Eesha Gogineni

    CARROLTON CHAPTER LEAD

    Eesha is a student at Centennial High School. Through community involvement, awareness initiatives, and collaborative projects, she works to promote environmental responsibility and inspire students to take action. She also enjoys reading, and exploring science, in creating a greener, more sustainable future.

  • Mahi Gangal

    RICHARDSON CHAPTER LEAD

    Mahi Gangal is a student at Centennial High School. She loves helping people discover simple ways through which they can make a positive impact on our ecosystem. She believes that even small actions, when done together, can create a healthier planet for everyone.

  • Saanvi Hosmani

    McKINNEY CHAPTER LEAD

    Saanvi is at Centennial High School in Frisco. She loves reading, listening to music, and traveling to new places. Passionate about community and leadership, she is excited to serve as a chapter lead for McKinney, where she hopes to inspire and support fellow students.

    AUSTIN CHAPTER LEAD

    Tarini attends the University of Texas at Austin and majors in Public Health. She is very passionate about doing "artreach" for One Earth One Chance by helping with flyers, reels, etc. Tarini is also interested in community service, in particular the intersection between health and the environment.

    LITTLE ELM CHAPTER LEAD

    Shreya is dedicated to promoting sustainability and community engagement. Through her leasdership, she hopes to encourage other students to take action and create meaningful change. Passionate about community service, Shreya hopes to inspire others to care for the planet.

  • Tara Parikh

    IRVING CHAPTER LEAD

    Tara manages social media campaigns and contributes to “Art Reach” and community outreach at One Earth One Chance. She also supports city-wide projects to promote environmental and social awareness, combining creativity, leadership and service to make a tangible impact on community.

  • Aarav Rao

    PLANO CHAPTER LEAD

    Aarav uses technology to make make recycling smarter and solve environmental problems. He created “RecyclAI” and “SmartBin”, (semi-finalist in Global Innovator Challenge). Aarav also hosts the “Sustainably Wired” podcast, focused on technology, environment, innovation and entrepreneurship.

    LEWISVILLE CHAPTER LEAD

    Aarav is a Centennial student passionate about leadership, personal growth, and making a positive impact in his community. He enjoys basketball, fitness training, playing guitar and reading books. Aarav is excited to support One Earth One Chance’s mission and help create meaningful change.

  • Aadya Sharma

    ALLEN CHAPTER LEAD

    Aadya loves speaking at OEOC events and partaking in campaigns to challenge the environmental status quo. With interests in public health, she participates in medical competitions and volunteers in nursing homes and science workshops, working towards her academic and social goals to build a greener future.

  • Ashvin Vallabhaneni

    COPPELL CHAPTER LEAD

    Ashvin is eager to contribute his time to create a cleaner Earth. He enjoys designing posters to promote awareness of One Earth One Chance’s community initiatives. Through future projects, he hopes to develop strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Other interests include traveling and learning physics to understand nature.
